Scallop Dive Maxdepth: 8-12m Experience: 01-Feb Scallops are easy to catch and we restrict our divers to 100 only. Using a drift line so that the boat knows where everyone is you can casually swim along the bottom picking up the largest scallop you can find. Small stingarees, octopus, Port Jackson sharks, Banjo Sharks and huge crabs are found amongst the scallops. As dredging has stopped the scallops have multiplied and that attracts Snapper and other pelagics to the area. Look above and you will see curious seals wondering what you are doing.
