In the centre of the Main Shipping Channel, the reef drops from 20 metres down to 60+metres
A large cave is at about 26 metres
This heads back into the Bay and exits in the top of the reef
Points of interest:
Hero's cave is adorned in beautiful sponges and soft corals
Long kelp attracts all kinds of fish to the area, seldom do divers not spot something different and unusual.
Huge crayfish stand guard over this site but because of depth and time they are very elusive.
